We offer a new generation of mono-material barrier films and laminates designed to meet current and upcoming PPWR (Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation) requirements. Our solutions respond to market needs for simplifying packaging structures and increasing their recyclability.
Mono-film constructions make it possible to reduce the number of layers and eliminate materials that are difficult to recover, while maintaining a high level of product protection and packaging process stability. We use solutions based on mono-PE, mono-PP and mono-PET, developed in line with the design for recycling approach.
High barrier performance is achieved without the use of EVOH, aluminium or AlOx layers. Instead, we apply eco-friendly barrier dispersions that effectively protect the product against the permeation of oxygen, water vapour and odours.
Our mono-films are intended for modern packaging lines and meet the requirements of food producers and brands developing packaging in accordance with the principles of the circular economy.
