MARDRUK OPAKOWANIA Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością Spółka komandytowa is implementing a project entitled “Implementation of an innovative technology for heat-sealable packaging based on polyester PET film using spot heat-seal lacquer.”

Description of the tasks and activities carried out under the project

Purchase and installation of a spot dispersion coating machine – an innovative device enabling the precise application of heat-seal lacquer exclusively in the sealing areas, which will reduce raw material consumption and waste.

Purchase and installation of a photovoltaic system – ensuring improved energy efficiency of the production processes.

Purchase and installation of a low-voltage switchgear system together with a dedicated room – necessary for the operation of the new infrastructure.

Target groups of the project

Companies from the food sector that use packaging for food products.
Companies from the pharmaceutical and cosmetics sectors that require durable packaging for their products.
Consumers of these products, who will gain access to more environmentally friendly packaging.
Entities operating within the food industry logistics and transport chain.


Project objectives

The objective of the project is to implement an innovative technology for the production of packaging based on polyester PET film, enhanced with spot heat-seal lacquer and lamination technology (bonding of two monomaterial structures), and thus to introduce into the company’s offer heat-sealable monomaterial packaging with increased durability and functionality, manufactured using a sustainable approach to production processes.


Expected effects and results of the project

Introduction of heat-sealable monomaterial packaging based on polyester PET film enhanced with spot heat-seal lacquer into the company’s product portfolio (PRODUCT INNOVATION).

Implementation of the production technology for these packaging solutions (PROCESS INNOVATION).

Change in the company’s business profile – stronger focus on environmentally friendly products and sustainable production processes.
